Paper Play | Lydia Crook

A page in this book is so much more than just a piece of paper! It can be a snowflake, a windmill, a paper chain, a fortune teller, a piece of modern art, a magic trick, a sculpture, a hat or any one of a hundred other things. This fabulously innovative title shows kids just how much fun paper can be, simply by using the actual pages of the book. Beautiful artwork supplies the prompts for children to play games and create things, using just the paper pages, scissors and glue. With ideas that run the full gamut from the traditional (fold a paper aeroplane) to the quirky (design a new constellation), this book will open kids minds to the endless possibilities contained within a plain page, providing hours of creative fun and wonderment wherever or whenever they use it.
