Patrick, Dennis Roy: - Dennis Roy Patrick served on the White House staff of President Ronald Reagan from 1981 to 1983 and then as Commissioner and Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission until 1989. In the private sector he served as President of Time Warner Telecommunications, President of AOL Wireless and President of National Geographic Ventures where he oversaw cable and film production. He is now an author and rancher on the central coast of California.
